Harvest of the Month
Each month, students sample and learn about a fruit or vegetable that is in season. Our Wellness Program arranges monthly recess and lunch taste tests at each school to expose students to the selected fruit or veggie and to encourage them to make healthier choices. The cafeteria then serves that item on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month.
